Account Questions:

Q: Am I allowed to have more than one account?
A: We allow one account per individual and if you open more than one account all accounts will be cancelled.

Q: Another member of my family would like to join too, can they?
A: Unfortunately No, there can only be 1 person per house, per address, per computer, per paypal or e-gold account.

Q: How can I log into my account?
A: Log in at http://www. jjclix.com

Q: How can I cancel my account?
A: Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel. Please only email us about cancelling your account if your are having difficulties following this procedure.

Q: How can I cancel receiving your emails?
A: By joining jjclix.com you have opted in to receive advertising based on your preferences in your account keyword selection. This is not spam. You may not cancel receiving email ads from jjclix.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

Q: But my email account is getting full!
A. You can go to your userinfo and select to have the emails sent to your site inbox only which means you have to login to read your mail. Only Admin messages will be emailed.
Q: How can I change my personal information?
A: Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.
You will need to confirm any change of email. Wait for an email to come to your new address and then follow the instructions to confirm.
Q: I live outside the US, can I join?
A: Yes, we welcome English speaking members from most countries, but we do have a list of countries that cannot join. Please check our terms or the front page.

Q; I have Web-TV, can I join too?
A: Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

Q: I have a lifetime upgrade and/or affiliate page. Can I give this to someone else when I cancel my account?
A: No. A lifetime upgrade or affiliate page is for the lifetime of the original owner's account. If this account is cancelled then the upgrade or affiliate page ends.

Earnings Questions:

Q: How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
A: Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit.

Q: When can I request payment?
A: You may request payment after you have earned $2 for free members, upgraded members can cashout with no minimum.

Q: How can I request payment?
A: Once you have reached the appropriate payout level, you will be able to request payout using the "Request Payout" link located in your earnings stats.

Q: When am I paid?
A: After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days or a reasonable time thereafter as stated in the terms.

Q: Sometimes you pay within hours and sometimes it takes the full 30 days, why is this?
A: Like any business we have seasonal peaks and troughs in cash flow which will effect how quickly we can pay you. We try to pay you as quickly as we can which is why it is sometimes only a matter of hows. This, however, is not a guaranteed timeframe. Q: How am I paid?
A: Payments are made via the following payment processors: Alertpay, Bank (EU only!), LibertyReserve, Paypal

Q: Ok, I did all that and my request was cancelled. Why won't you pay me?
A: Please make sure you have read all these FAQ and our Terms. You need to also make sure your keywords and account info is in order. If that is all ok then please contact us for more information.

Q: How do I know you pay? There are so many dishonest sites.
A: Please see our Beenpaid page. This will show you all our recent payments as well as how long it took for members to be paid. This will show you are payment history.

Q: What are the minimum amount of clicks required to be deemed as active on this site?
A: You need to log into your account and read/click emails at least once every 30 days. This is to ensure we represent an accurate membership base to our advertisers. Members who do not have some activity each 30 days will have their accounts suspended. Suspended accounts can be reopened. If accounts have been inactive for 60 days then accounts are purged. Purged accounts cannot be reopened.

Q: What if I go on Vacation/Holiday, will i lose my account if i'm not active for that period of time?
A: No, as long as you fill out the vacation section in your User Info you will be exempt from these clicks til you return. You must not set your account to vacation for more than 30 days without requesting permission from Admin.

Referral Questions:

Q: How can I refer other affiliates?
A: You may place a link with your referral url to jjclix.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. If you spam your account will be cancelled and there can also be more serious consequences according with the Internet's anti-spam laws.

Q: What is my referral link?
A: Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

Q: What can I earn through referrals?
A: Affiliates will earn from 1 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 17.50%

Q: Are my referral earnings working?
A: Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 30 days and click at least every 30 days. Your account also needs to be 25% as active as your downline to earn.

Advertising Questions:

Q: I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different ads and costs?
A: Visit our advertisers section of the website for complete details.


Q: If I am paying, can't I advertise anything I want?
A: No, there are rules about sites that are inappropriate. This includes illegal sites, porn, adult material, hate, racist, prejudiced material. As well we do not allow sites that are unsustainable, cheating by showing 0-iframes, small frames, or other automated and/or hidden ways of promoting sites that by terms need to be seen or clicked to earn. Admin reserves the right to reject advertising that is not suitable for our membership. Please see our Banned list.

Q: I want a refund on my ads and/or upgrade. How can I get my money back?
A: All sales are final. If you have a problem, however, please contact admin so we can work something out that is mutually satisfying. We want all advertisers and members to be satisfied. If you cancel an upgraded account you will lose any remaining ads on the upgrade.

PTP (Paid to Promote)

Q. What is PTP?
A. PTP means Paid to Promote and means just that; you get paid to promote a certain link to help get referrals and advertising for the site

Q. Why can't I access the special link?
A. At JJClix, PTP is only for upgraded members.

Q. How much can I earn with ptp?
A. JJClix pays 80c for every 1000 points you earn.

Q. My link has had more hits than points I have earned. Why don't I get a point for every hit?
A. PTP is tiered which means you earn more for hits from some countries than others. Hits from Tier 1 pays one full point and then each Tier down is less.

Q. Why do my stats say I am getting 'invalid' hits?
A. A valid hit is when someone visit's your link from an country approved at an approved site. Each ip can only visit once every 24 hours. If the same ip visits this is an invalid hit. This often happens if you promote your link more than once at the same site or on sites where many members may be the same.

Q. Next to some of my stats it says I have 0% valid traffic. How can this be?
A. Firstly check the site is approved to promote the link at. If it's not you can request by emailing admin admin AT jjclix dot com or posting the forum.

Q. I have no valid hits at all for several days now. What's going on?
A. Sounds like your link has been suspended. This is an automatic system and admin is not notified so it is up to you to ask for your link to be unsuspended. Your link would be suspended if your valid traffic has fallen under 30% or your proxy traffic has gone above 20%. This is set like that to make sure we don't have bad traffic getting us banned by our Affiliates.

Q. What's the ptp rotator?
A. Our ptp page is a frame with an empty space in the middle to promote other sites. You can buy advertising to have your site run in the rotator so it shows within the frame wherever members are promoting the link.

Q. What can I promote within the rotator?
A. You can promote any pages that are approved for general advertising but NOT other ptp links or rotators. This is because a rotator within a rotator can cause problems for the page. You can't promote pages with frame-breakers because the whole point is for our frame to stay in tact.

Q. I have advertised in your ptp rotator, how do I check how many views I've used?
A. Your stats for advertising in the rotator can be monitored under ptp campaigns.

Q: I have questions not answered on this FAQ page, what can I do?
A: Contact Us and supply as much information as possible so we can solve the problem in a timely manner.
