JJ Clix Terms Of Service

Why do we have these T.O.S?
By signing up and actively using the JJ Clix program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. JJ Clix may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification to its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with JJ Clix and via a Global Admin message.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the JJ Clix program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. If you do not agree with a change you can politely discuss it with staff and/or request immediate cashout so you can cancel.

Requirements of Members:

You MUST BE ABLE TO READ ENGLISH!

International members are welcome with the exclusion of China, India, Poland, Russia, Iran, Iraq. Members who signed up previously may keep their account. JJCLIX reserves the right to add to this country list and payout any members who joined before the listing before canceling their account.
We run regular English tests, and you will have your account suspended if you fail an English Test. You have 14 days to write to admin at admin@jjclix.com to request your account be reinstated.
Three failed English Tests will be immediate cancellation of your account. English tests include: Checking the wrong boxes in the categories of interest in your userinfo area.: these interests include I cheat, Delete me, I dont speak English. Also if you choose mutually exclusive interests such as I am a Man AND I am a woman – obviously you can’t be both; Through Admin Messages via the Response radio buttons.
You must be 18 years or older to become a member

JJClix does not tolerate cheating of any description. If you are caught cheating your account will be cancelled. Cheating is defined as:
Not using your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and/or assuming a false identity.
Signing-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses.
Sharing a computer with another individual that has an existing JJ Clix account.
Using Cheat Bot software to auto click.
JJCLIX reserves the right to send cheat links to test for bot users. Users clicking 3 or more cheat links will be deleted. Cheat links do not reset.
NEW: Members who select 30 bad turing numbers in one month will be deleted.
NEW: Admin reserves the right to cancel the account of any member who abuses their membership in multiple ways such as high bad turing numbers, any number of cheat clicks and failed English tests which combine to cast suspicion on an account.
NEW: Admin reserves the right to cancel accounts of members who have been banned from other PTR sites for cheating and has the right to publish username information on a Cancelled Account page. No personal information will EVER be made public. Please see our Privacy Terms.

Responsibilities of members:
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the User Account Info link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your JJ Clix account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by JJ Clix be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with JJ Clix. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from JJ Clix limited to no more than 100 per day. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from JJ Clix, your account will be set to inbox – if this is repeated 3 times in a month or your account is set to email without rectifying the situation your account will be suspended. If you do not contact admin within 14 days your account will be cancelled.
Members who send autoresponse messages will have their account suspended.
Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.

Vacation Mode
If you change your account to vacation/holiday mode due to you being away or unable to participate for any length of time, you will be exempt from the minimum requirements ONLY for the period of time specified. You will NOT earn from your referrals while you are on vacation/holiday mode. Vacation mode may not be set for more than 30 days without permission from Admin. You must have met activity requirements up to the time of setting vacation leave.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and JJ Clix are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and JJ Clix. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of JJ Clix. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
JJ Clix will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or JJ Clix program, even if JJ Clix has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, JJ Clix aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Earnings & Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by JJ Clix. Members may earn by referring new members to the JJ Clix program. Referral links cannot be advertised using spam (see Spam section below) or on non-English forums or websites, or on websites which are illegal.

The PTP link and upgraded members only areas are only available to paid upgraded members. If you are caught using these to earn your account will be cancelled. Members caught abusing the PTP link by running it in autosurfs or other PTP rotators will have their account cancelled. Members who send less than 30% valid traffic and/or more than 20% proxy traffic to the PTP link will have their link suspended. It is the responsibility of the member to contact Admin to reinstate the link; Members must maintain activity to earn from the PTP link – this includes logging in every 30 days and clicking during every month.
If you cancel your account you forfeit all earnings and unused Upgrade and/or affiliate page.

Admin reserves the right to roll-back earnings of any ad that has been created in error and/or with a value exceeding 5c.

Paid To Sign Up (PTSU)
All members who earn via our Paid to sign up page must do so honestly. You can not create your own confirmation email to use as proof of joining. You can not join the same program more than ONE time. All Sign ups are checked prior to payment & any one caught cheating/abusing this service will have their accounts deleted immediately. JJCLIX reserves the right to recind payments if proof is provided the sign-up was not genuine or did not take place on the stated date.

Payments
Members are only paid once their accounts are deemed as being active (30 days from sign-up) and/or active clicking within the previous 30 days of request. Free members may request payout when their account reaches $US2.00 and may only request once per 30 days. Upgraded members may request payout at any time.

Payment processors used are Paypal and Egold.; Payments will be made as quickly as possible but within 30 days.

JJCLIX does not take responsibility for payments lost due to incorrect payment information supplied by the member.
Payments will NOT be made to any member unless they have read and agreed to our Terms of Service, this is done by checking the I have read the T.O.S box in your interest categories. Any member who requests payout without having this checked will have their payment denied. Requesting 3 or more times without having done this will result in your account being suspended until it is checked & you have read these terms.

Active Accounts & Inactivity:
Being active consists of physically logging into your account at least once in a 30 day period (this does not include clicking links through email) & clicking in each 30/31 day (month) period. Accounts deemed inactive will be suspended. Suspended members must contact Admin to discuss their account. Accounts that have been inactive for 60 days will be cancelled. Once accounts are cancelled they cannot be retrieved.
New members must become active within 7 days or their account will be cancelled. This involves clicking several links. This is to avoid dead sign-ups from paid sign-ups.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with JJ Clix and may result in legal prosecution. JJ Clix strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. JJ Clix may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent.

No Tolerance to Abuse
Any member who abuses us either in our Forum or via E-Mail will have their account deleted and IP address blocked. We will not tolerate being abused whether it be threats to us or towards our site. This same rule goes for on our Forum and against other members. We have ZERO Tolerance for this kind of behaviour and any one caught doing this will be deleted.

Defamation:
JJClix encourages members to seek resolution of issues through contact or on our forum. Honest postings in other Forums is welcome. This could include: times for payouts, virus alerts and/or unacceptable advertising alerts, issues unresolved through the appropriate avenues etc We will not accept, however, defamation, slander or libel of JJClix or any of the staff. This means complaints that are untrue or without basis that seek to damage the reputation of the program or its staff. Any member who seeks to defame JJClix in an open forum will have their account cancelled. Defamation is against the law.
